This page is for the original Happy Ending, whose doors closed in 2013, and has no affiliation whatsoever with the Happy Ending that currently resides at 302 Broome Street. The new establishment is using our trademarked name without our legal permission. According to the NY Times, the current owners are Oliver Stumm (Cafe Select, Rintintin, Diviera Drive), Max Levai (Marlborough Chelsea Gallery) and Teddy Perweiler.
