A Matter of Concrete is taking over the bar at Do Not Feed Alligators.

One of Europe’s most exciting roasters, AMOC (Netherlands) is known for pushing boundaries while keeping coffees beautifully drinkable. For a limited time we’ll run their coffee on espresso and drip, with a few surprise tastings along the way.

We have only 30 kg. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
