Meet our Sommelier, Abby Morgan! At Pebble Bar, Abby approaches wine not as a choice, but as a calling—one shaped by years at the table and in the cellar. Abby’s list is rooted in balance, designed to move seamlessly alongside the menu while reflecting both place and palate, with classic, approachable producers who let the grapes speak for themselves. Her passion for wine across the globe shines through, especially when giving regions like Italy their moment, celebrating the depth and character behind their often-misunderstood wines.   When pairing select wines with our menu, she takes a playful yet precise approach (think Muscadet with oysters, always), with each selection for a little surprise and delight.   Right now, Abby’s pouring the 2024 Château Turcaud—a white Bordeaux blend layered with florals and honeycomb capturing her signature style: simple, refined, and quietly expressive. Next time you’re at Pebble Bar, ask for Abby and say hi!

Last Friday we raised a glass to celebrate St. David’s Day, the national day of Wales, with an exclusive evening dedicated to Welsh culture and hospitality in our top floor room at Johnny’s.

Guests enjoyed premium cocktails like the Welsh Daisy featuring Cygnet Gin, crafted just miles from founder hometown in the Neath Valley, alongside live music, light bites, and festive traditions from Katherine and .charles homeland.

True to its promise to honor the stories and legends of “the building Rockefeller couldn’t buy,” we’re proud to toast to a small yet mighty country that is near and dear to us.
