Earth Day? We don't need a holiday to take steps to be sustainable. Every single day is Earth Day at Fuchsia Tiki Bar.

We use only dehydrated garnishes for all of our cocktails.

Did you know that citrus waste makes up for 50% of a bar programs daily waste? That's money being thrown away AND that's also waste that goes to landfills daily.

So next time you order a cocktail, skip the fresh fruit garnish.
