In lieu of ice, the Jewel Sazerac is diluted with Rancio Sec and Madeira Rainwater. In addition it's kept in the freezer and served in a frosty glass, making it both a unique take on a classic and the coldest Sazerac in the city!

What a night!

Jewel recently joined industry leaders and enthusiasts from around the world in Vancouver for the North America's 50 Best Bars awards ceremony. Being on the list was awesome enough, but what we didn't expect was to remain Best Bar in the South for a 4th year in a row or for our head barman to receive the Roku Industry Icon award!

We'd like to thank , , and for continuing to recognize those that go above and beyond in hospitality. Shout out to our hometown heroes over at for being this years highest climber! Thank you to all of the bars on the list for continuing to work hard and push our industry forward. Most of all, we'd like to extend our love to our guests that literally come in from all corners of the earth to drink and dine with us. Our daily interactions with y'all are the highlight of all of this and we can't express how much it means to have your patronage. We hope to see as many of you as we can as soon as possible!

New Menu Item! Tuna Crudo, Carrot Purée, Salsa Seca!

Thin sliced raw tuna is served with carrot purée, escabeche vinaigrette, and dry salsa then finished with pickled kumquats and fresh herbs. A perfect light bite for a sunny afternoon!

On the plate: Admiral Oysters topped with a black tea vinaigrette and fennel pollen, poached gulf shrimp, marinated crab claws and mussels escabeche with shiso. A delightful start to any meal!
