Five years.
It’s hard to put into words what that really means. What started as an idea, something I’d been dreaming about for most of my adult life, has turned into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.
Santé has become a place filled with memories. First dates, celebrations, random Tuesday nights that turned into something special. And none of that happens without people.
To our guests, thank you for walking through our doors, for trusting us with your time, and for making this place feel alive every single day.
To our team, past and present, you are the heart of this place. Your energy, your care, your attention to detail, that’s what people remember.
To our vendors, partners, and community, thank you for supporting us and growing alongside us.
Five years later, I’m just as grateful, just as driven, and just as excited for what’s ahead.
