Ever wondered what makes Port wine so special? 🍇🍷 Let’s break it down!

Port is a rich, sweet fortified wine hailing from Portugal. During the winemaking process, a touch of neutral grape spirit (brandy) is added. This stops fermentation early, leaving behind natural grape sugars and giving Port its signature full body, smooth warmth, and higher ABV.

It’s basically the ultimate cozy sip, and we’re currently pouring some incredible bottles at Santé:

🍷 Tawny Port – Aged in wooden barrels, giving it smooth, nutty notes of dried fruit, caramel, and toasted oak.
🍷 Ruby Port – Vibrant, fruity, and fresh, bursting with rich flavors of dark berries, plum, and chocolate.

Whether you're pairing a glass with our Artisanal Cheese Plate or capping off the night with something sweet, a pour of Port is the perfect way to unwind.
