Welcome to the Red Lantern Flames page. We look forward to meeting you and welcome you to our page and to come and dance with us. The Red Lantern Flames were formed 35 years ago, in a small cattle barn, just out-side of Brewster, Ohio. The barn has since been transformed into a beautiful hall, that hosts many acivities. Anyone can rent the barn for special events, such as wedding receptio

ns, birthday parties, banquets, and most of all, square dancing or line dancing. The barn has a beautiful wood dance floor, kitchen, two stages and most importanly has air conditioning for those hot summer days. My husband and I have been the President of the Red Lantern Flames for the past 15 year's, have also been the Program Chairman for 15 year's and are currently the President of the AASRDF ( Akron Area Square Round Dance
Federation). We've been dancing for 26 years and have met and made so many friends over the years. We welcome visitor's to come and share fellowship with the Flames on the 2nd and 4th Friday's of each month. Our caller/cuer of the month, are listed in the local newspapers, farmer journal's and the Far Corner's
Brewster bulletin. We welcome anyone to come and share the music and fellowship. If you can clap your hands and tap your foot to the beat of the music, come and join us for a fun filled evening. If you are just looking for a fun place to visit, come and visit the Red Lantern Flames, at 13144 W.7th St, Brewster, Ohio We dance
from 8-10:30p.m., the 2nd and 4th Friday's of the month. Should you like what you see on Facebook, we will have beginner classes, in Canton, at the J. Babe Stearn Community Center, 2628 13th St. S.W., Canton, Ohio 44710, beginning on September 8, 2015. First night of instruction is FREE. Just a friendly reminder that Red Lantern Flames' first night of "Meet & Greet" will be Tuesday, September 8, 2015. Come early to meet our members and share a snack with us!
