“Originally created for a sustainability cocktail competition, I took the French 75 back toward its French roots, then gave it a little American backbone. Cognac brings the heritage, rye adds warmth & spice, while blackberry, rosemary & lemon keep things bright and lifted. Pét-Nat brings the bubbles with a little more personality. Inspired by the early history of the Soixante-Quinze, this is a familiar classic with a fresh point of view.” - allison pendley

This year marks our nine (NINE!) year anniversary. Every year that we sit down to write this caption, we’re astonished by the fact we still get to do this. Without your support, it would be impossible of course. Over the last couple years we’ve been evolving creatively and we’re as excited about this bar today as we were when we opened. We’re thankful to exist in such a great community, in a bar-friendly city, and we truly love showing up every day to make fun drinks for you. Ultimately, the patrons (both regulars and newcomers alike) make any bar what it is. When we see people enjoying our space and our offerings night after night, that tells us that we’re doing something right. Thanks for coming back again and again, thanks for telling your friends and family about us, thanks for your positive reviews, thanks for keeping a strip from our Photo Booth on your fridge, thanks for supporting our creative swings, thanks for buying our merch (we could go on like this for days)… and thanks for letting us do what we love to do! Cheers to 9 years🥂 NOW LET’S CELEBRATE🍾🍾🍾
