The real measure of what we build is not just what we accomplish for ourselves, but how many people we can reach, inspire, and pour back into along the way.

This past week, we had the honor of hosting the Back to Business Luncheon at Nowhere Special Tapas Lounge with the students of GEAR UP Nashville alongside ASPIRE.

This was bigger than a luncheon. It was about pouring into our youth, encouraging them, building relationships, and reminding them that their dreams are possible.

As they head back to school, we wanted every student to leave feeling confident, motivated, connected, and knowing they have a community standing behind them.

Businesses should be more than places we operate. They should be spaces where we can create impact, open doors, and pour into the next generation.

The future is sitting in rooms like this. Our job is to make sure they know just how bright that future can be.
