We’re still alive, we promise! Life has been busy and with a new house without a good bar setup yet, it’s been tricky to get content together.

However, we’ve just stopped into and it’s positively worth a visit when you’re in Montreal! Such a lovely experience to experience one of the contributors to Smuggler’s Cove and a pillar in modern tiki culture.

Who knows? This might just spark some inspiration to get posting some more, time may tell… 😉

One pineapple (hollowed out, chunks set aside)
2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2-1 oz lime’s juice
1 bar spoon honey
1 1/2 oz Plantation Rum] 3 Star white rum
1 1/2 oz Plantation Rum] 5 Year rum
1 1/2 oz Goslings Rum] Black Seal Rum
3/4 oz Goslings Rum] overproof
1 1/2 oz tonic water

1/2 oz absinthe
3/4 oz St. Elder Artisanal Liqueurs elderflower liqueur
1 oz Saxton River Distillery maple bourbon
1 oz Flag Hill Distillery & Winery apple brandy
4 oz apple cider from Kimball Fruit Farm
Garnish with nutmeg and a cinnamon stick
