This one is made with our Fig Bourbon that we infuse in-house with real Black Mission figs, and it’s so good!

(You should also try our housemade Limoncello, fresh strawberry Aperol, basil infused vodka, and the list goes on)

Feels good to eat clean 🌾 When you’re intentional about your ingredients & process, the end result can be something amazing!!

This pie is such a springtime vibe, it’s called the Giardino. Made on a thicker dough (but not as thick as a Sicilian.)

It’s light and airy, not heavy, and as always made with all really high quality ingredients. See you at 12pm!

Good news out of NY today!! They just passed a bill BANNING potassium bromate from all food sold in the state.

We’ve been saying since day 1 here at River Oaks, potassium bromate is a NO GO for us. It’s a cancer-linked food additive in many flour brands, and it has already been banned in many countries.

Though it is still legal in SC, we have always made our pizza with non-bleached, non-bromated flour. Put good in, get good out.

The NY ban could become law very soon and it’s a step in the right direction. Just wanted to share with you guys!
