• Restaurant experience is a plus—but not required (we’ll provide full training)

A new Asian fusion restaurant, U&I Restaurant and Bar, is opening in at 2069 Lascassas Pk. in the former Casa Blanca Mexican location. U&I invites the public to attend its soft opening going on evenings through July 31 from 5 to 10 p.m. Its grand opening will be held Friday, Aug. 1 at 11 a.m.

U&I offers a Korean-American fusion tapas experience with bold Korean flavors and American comfort—“where tapas meet tradition and culture meets cocktail.”

The soft opening will feature the full menu with shareable plates and a bar serving handcrafted cocktails and Korean-inspired beverages.
