In regards to the Incident that was reported by the The Modesto Bee today we want to make sure the facts about the incident are clear and honest. The incident took place outside the club on adjacent property after the suspects were not allowed entry to the club due to an inability to pass our dress code.
The safety of our patrons is our highest priority and we will meet with The MODESTO POLICE DEPARTMENT this week to review our security procedures and cooperate fully with their recommendations.
