Prichard, get ready! The 6th annual Watermelon Festival is officially back, and we are bringing the community together for a morning packed with food, family, and summer fun!

📅 When: Saturday, June 20th | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

📍 Where: 204 S. Wilson Ave (Downtown Prichard)

Want a whole juicy, fresh watermelon to take home for free? 🎁 The first 100 people to pre-register online before the festival get a FREE WATERMELON! Celebrate community, culture, and freedom with us on Friday, June 19! ❤️ The City of Mobile's 2026 Juneteenth Celebration will take place from 3-6 p.m. at Mardi Gras Park. This FREE event will include live performances, music, and engaging activities for everyone.

📌 Event Highlights
Live music by DJ Geaux
Games
Face painting
Photobooth
Complimentary food on a first come, first served basis
Food trucks
Local vendors
Afro-Brazilian Carnival Dance & Drumming Performance by Casa Samba from 4-5 p.m.

Guests are encourage to bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on. Tents, glass bottles, and coolers are NOT allowed.
