Constantine, a house of tippling, is located in the lower level of the historic Ivy Tower in the heart of downtown Minneapolis' business district. Originally built in 1930 as the Second Church of Christ Scientist, Hotel Ivy was constructed around the historic building in 2008 as a luxury hotel/condominium. His plans include blending cutting-edge techniques and ideals with the traditions and founda

tion of cocktails from the past. Inspired by our chef-driven restaurant upstairs, Monello, and award-winning Executive Chef Mike 'YC' Decamp, our cocktails are treated as culinary works of art in a bar setting. Open 7 nights a week, we welcome walk-ins on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once we reach capacity we place our guests on a waiting list to ensure we give our complete attention to you and your group. Constantine also features a food menu available until closing, which is perfect for the night-owls and industry brethren.
