Dearest Fam, due to a number of reasons we will not be having our Soul Friday Pride party this year. We are SO sad to be missing our time together, but we wish you a beautiful Pride weekend and month! Remember that our QTBIPOC community is so strong and gorgeous and WE OUT HERE! Check out the other happenings held by Black & Brown folks throughout the month and summer. We'll share as we come across relevant events.

Some things to know about the Soul Friday Pride party…

1. Arrive early if you haven’t already gotten your tickets. We sell out and you don’t want to miss this party!

2. Practice Covid safety in solidarity with the most vulnerable in our community. Test, mask, stay home if you’re sick.

3. Seating area by windows to the left of the stage is reserved for elders and people with accessibility needs.

4. Kitchen will be open until midnight (yay!). And check out the special Soul Friday shots - alcohol and NA available.

5. Soul Friday expects a culture of consent at our events. Always get a yes before touching someone or getting in a person’s personal space.

6. Please be safe out here this weekend. Look out for one another. If something feels unsafe at our party, let icehouse staff out event organizers know.

Finally, have fun! We are beautiful and sacred beings and we deserve this space to celebrate our perfect existences together!
