All levels of experience are welcome!

After warming up, be ready to jump into Tango and Cha Cha before closing out our lesson with a social dance where you can show off what you’ve learned and meet amazing new people! Hope to see you there!

What is Media Day? Media Day is a fun, organized, and exciting way for Ballroom Dance Club to film content for our social media! About once a month BDC invites all club members to join us for a day of filming tiktoks, reels, trends, advertisements, and anything you can think of! Have a day filled with meeting and connecting with fellow dancers, starring in BDC content, and eating free donut holes provided by the club!

Wear regular clothes you are comfortable dancing in! If possible please also bring black athletic clothing for a few more professional style videos but it’s not necessary!

Can’t make it the whole time? That’s okay! Come and join us for a few hours, or the whole scheduled day and be in as many or as few content pieces as you please!

At the Recwell center, meet outside room mp1/2
August 28th, 9am-2pm

Just show up day of and be ready to star in whatever content you’re comfortable with, our outreach coordinator will do the rest!

Join the Ballroom Dance Club's Chalking events to connect with your inner artist and advertise the club!

Meet outside Coffman memorial union
August 26th, 9am-12pm AND August 31st, 1pm-4pm

We’ll be breaking into small groups to spread around campus sidewalk chalk art for welcome week along with putting up flyers! Chalk, flyers, and tape provided! Bring friends and connect with club members while supporting our club!

Dates are liable to change depending on weather, so check the email and instagram for any updates!
