I got the honor to meet and talk about his favorite artists. One thing that caught my attention prior to meeting was his Tiny Desk submission on YouTube. I could tell by his artistry and music that I wanted to have the opportunity to showcase his talent and learn more about him! Here is what he has shared with me! “I’m a Milwaukee-based artist focused on creating music that feels honest, reflective, and lasting. My sound blends hip-hop, R&B, and alternative elements, and I aim to make timeless music that reflects both the times we’re in and my personal experiences with the hope that it resonates with others on a deeper level. I’ve been actively performing and building my presence locally, including shows at Cactus Club and No Studios.
Right now I’m in the middle of a rollout for my upcoming EP Channels, with a new single “Adult Swim” leading the way. I’m currently finalizing the project and handling executive production, with a target completion date of April 30th.
The project explores different sides of who I am, love, ambition, vulnerability, and energy almost like moving through different states or frequencies. Each track lives in its own sonic space, which is something I’ve been really intentional about while creating it. It’s also setting the tone for my debut album Fell Asleep With The TV On, dropping early fall.”
