Hello friends and customers. This is a difficult status to share, but Rumor will be closing with the exception of privately reserved parties, effective immediately.

I want to personally thank all the great people and friends I've met through this business. I know I wouldn't have had the opportunity had it not been for Rumor.

Those that have worked here over the years I simply can not thank enough. You provided great service, great entertainment and great friendship. A special thanks to those that have been in it from beginning to near the end. Chrissy, Rollie, Justin, Leah, Amber, Jenny, Maresha and Ken. And of course Julie and Zak for sticking it out with me the last few months.

Finally, I want to wish all of those Club, Pub, and Restaurant owners the best of luck. It's hard enough in this industry without fellow business owner's and city officials trying to bring you down. There are too many people's livelihoods affected like servers, bartenders, bar backs, security, DJ's and bands to let bitter rivalries or petty jealousies intercede. Show support for other local business - it will only help you in the long run.
