Gerudo Valley 💃

This brand-new cocktail is a frothy, semi-dry, and refreshing delicacy that quickly became one of our personal favorites!

It’s a pisco-cachaça split base with a house -made tarragon peppercorn tea reduced in demerara and shaken with fresh lime juice, crème de flora, and trinity bitters. Served as a traditional sour, it’s reminiscent of a pisco sour but brighter and has a deep complexity.

If you’re a fan of Legend of Zelda and love a good cocktail, swing through and see why our staff loves this cocktail to bits and pieces!

Zazu’s Summertime Sipper 🦜Calling all bourbon lovers today!

A tropical traditional style old fashioned created by Patrick Green and Margaret Wilson! Robust, Silky, and Spirit-Forward, this bright and complex Old-Fashioned is certain to set you right.

We take duck fat, render it down in bourbon and let it wash in whole black peppercorns and orange peel for about 24 hours. After removing the bourbon from the other ingredients, it’s a simple concoction of Heirloom Pineapple Amaro, Banana Liqueur, and Bittercube Cherrybark Vanilla bitters. Once stirred, you’re left with a vibrantly delicious, one-of-a-kind cocktail. Come grab it at the Copper Turtle today!
