The Tomahawk for two lands this weekend at Bar Louis. Ramp butter. Creamed spinach. 48 ounces of the thing you did not know you needed 90 minutes from the city.

Or experience the whole roasted fennel-citrus Bronzino, finished with herb-citrus oil.

Sunday, stay longer. Late checkout until 5 pm for $50. Worth every dollar.

Before you leave, brunch in the Delmonico Room. The Fauchere Benedict: petite filet mignon, lump Maryland crabmeat, truffle hollandaise. One dish. No equal.
