As the rain continues today, please stay alert and take flash flood warnings seriously.

🚗 Never drive through flooded roadways.
It only takes a small amount of moving water to sweep away a car or truck. If you cannot see the road beneath the water, TURN AROUND — DON’T DROWN.

🚶 Never walk through flooded sidewalks, paths, or rushing water.
Fast-moving water is stronger than it appears and can quickly knock a person off their feet or hide dangerous debris, holes, or washed-out surfaces.

👀 Be aware of your surroundings.
Watch for rapidly rising water, changing weather conditions, blocked drains, downed debris, and emergency notifications. Conditions can change in minutes.

📱 Continue monitoring local weather alerts and allow extra time for travel if you must be on the roads.

Your safety is more important than getting to your destination on time. Stay informed, stay alert, and stay safe.

I’ve always believed that strong organizations are built through service, leadership, community involvement, and a willingness to put in the work needed to help events and organizations grow.

Before serving as Trustee at Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 528, I was fortunate to serve in several leadership roles with Knights of Columbus Middletown Council 1610 including:

Grand Knight
Deputy Grand Knight
Trustee

During my time with the Knights of Columbus, I helped organize and support a variety of successful events and programs focused on community involvement, family activities, and organizational growth.

Some of those efforts included:
✔ Chairing the Knights of Columbus Community Fish Fry, which outgrew two facilities before finding its home at Middletown Eagles 528
✔ Helping grow the Fish Fry from approximately $3,500 net in its first year to approximately $10,000 net during my final year as Chair
✔ Founding and chairing the Knights of Columbus Trunk-or-Treat, a free community event involving Middletown Police and Fire
✔ Founding and chairing Family Movie Night
✔ Organizing Pancake Breakfasts, 5th Sunday Dinners, Kids Christmas Parties, PREP Banquets, and assisting with Easter Egg Hunts

These experiences helped shape my approach to leadership — bringing people together, supporting community-focused events, and helping organizations grow responsibly and successfully.

I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished at the Eagles over the past several years and would Thank you for your support.

✔ The Knights of Columbus Fish Fry — now the largest recurring event hosted at the Aerie
✔ A successful Ducks Unlimited event and securing their return in 2026
✔ A successful return of the Middletown Police Banquet

Strong events help build energy, visibility, and long-term success for our club.

With Election Day approaching, I want to take a moment to recognize the people who make our club an exceptional community. From our bartenders, who provide top-notch service, to our cleaning staff, who keep our club immaculate, and to our members, who are the lifeblood of our club, I offer my sincerest appreciation. If elected, I pledge to continue moving our club forward, working in partnership with you, our members, to address your needs and concerns. I'm dedicated to participating in our bi-monthly men's meetings and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
