Conceptualized by Chef/Owner Brian Nasajon and Bar Manager/Owner Ben Potts, Beaker & Gray is a 120-seat indoor/outdoor eatery and bar in Wynwood with an inventive, playful, globally-inspired menu and vibrant bar scene. Named after two elemental culinary tools – the Beaker, used by bartenders to mix drinks, and a Gray Kunz spoon, used by chefs to execute dishes – Beaker & Gray features small, share

able plates and elegant, yet fun, crafted cocktails utilizing worldly ingredients and fresh, locally-sourced produce, including the Nasajon's backyard garden. All animal products are humanely raised – 100% grass-fed and free-range beef, free-range pork and poultry, and wild-caught fish. Coffees and teas are fair trade and pesticide-free, and filtered water is exclusively used in cooking. Happy hour: Wednesday through Sunday from 5-7 PM. Hey Beaker Fam. So, the time has come.  After starting this venture 10 years ago, we’re incredibly grateful for every moment we experienced, every obstacle we endured, and every guest we took care of.  We’ve grown with, and alongside, this amazing neighborhood and are so proud to have contributed to its cultural fabric. And we’ll definitely miss you.  We’ll be serving our final dinner on Sunday, June 30th.

That said, the party still isn’t over!  We got ten more days in us, so we hope to see you guys here for  a final hoorah! LETS GO STRONG!

P.S. Stay tuned. We have some new exciting projects in the works 😉 This isn’t a goodbye.  We’ll just see you guys later 🥰🥳❤️🥹
