It’s always been about hatred and never about safety because there was never an actual real life problem to be solved. Also, note the influx of butch cis women being question / harangued because transphobes think they might be trans. Cis women, trans women, trans men and Nonbinary people are all less safe and ironically the only people NOT affected are cis men other than it’s less work to gain access into a woman’s toilet . 🙃
