Come along for another New Orleans wedding cake delivery! 🤍

This time we’re headed to Southern Oaks with a three-tier wedding cake and lots of kitchen cake!

The couple chose one of our smaller three-tier designs but added kitchen cakes to make sure they had plenty of servings for their guests.

If you’re wondering, kitchen cakes are simply additional cakes kept behind the scenes and cut by the catering staff. It’s a great way to have the wedding cake design you love while still serving a larger guest count! 🎂

This time we’re headed to The Chicory with a four-tier Lambeth wedding cake and a groom’s cake. We even ran into a familiar face along the way, our neighbor Mrs. Stan!

And can we talk about this setup?! The velvet green linens and beautiful cake stand were the perfect finishing touches for all that white buttercream piping. 😍

Before deliveries, I pulled out all of this week’s wedding cakes and realized just how many different versions of Lambeth piping we had going out — all the same general style, but each one a little different.

Come along for a wedding cake delivery a little farther from home! 🚗🎂

We traveled about an hour to Amite, Louisiana to deliver this four-tier wedding cake to The Greenery. Usually our longer-distance deliveries are handled by Kim on our team, so I don’t get to make these trips very often.

It was nice to switch things up and make this delivery myself! 🤍
