El Charro Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge It was opened in 1958 on the Munoz family property. It was built by Dan Blackburn and decorated by Lynn Valentine.

Freddie was the owner & operator up until his death October 2012 and is now ran by his daughter Eva Munoz Orta.
