RETURN AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. REFUNDS
Refunds are available to customers within 3 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
- Once tracking number is provided it will be between you and the carrier.
- The original buyer will have to sign for the package to make sure it was received.
- There will be a 10% restock fee on all returns
- No Disputes On Charges (If you are not satisfied with your product simply return it)
- All adult toys are final sales (no disputing if defective product I need a detailed video showing defective product)
- All lingerie & undergarments are final sales
- I do review all products to ensure that you receive the best quality products possible.
If the listed conditions are not met, Sapphire’s Boutique LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund.
2. RETURNS
To initiate a return, please contact customer service by e-mail at [email protected]. Customers are responsible to pay for their own return shipping. 10% restock fee. The refund policy also applies for the return policy.

4. DELIVERY
Please note that the person who placed the order must sign for the package/packages. This will protect you as a buyer and me as a seller. By having you sign for your products it will prevent me from being out of product/products and money and allows you to receive and enjoy your purchase.
5. LOGO
Clothes do not come with logo it’s for promotional purposes unless requested.
