Desolation Colony is performing for the Lynchburg Gothic League, Saturday night May 30th at Starr Hill on Main! DJ's start at 9:30 p.m. and play after the performance until 1:00 a.m.! Come get your dance fix in before the summer break! $5 only cover and 18 + to enter and 21+ w/valid I.D. for the bar!

It's not a secret that the city of Lynchburg has no major interstate running through it, so traveling bands have to venture "off the beaten path" to visit the Lynchburg Gothic League! That's what make it even more special to have Astari Nite (from Miami, FL) this Saturday April 18th, trust me you won't want to miss this show!

We at the Lynchburg Gothic League have always thought Goth and Emo kids were at least "kissing cousins" scene wise, so we're having a night to celebrate that! Super Sad is playing!

Select your favorite dancing shoes! Tomorrow night, Saturday (Jan. 17th) at Dish, 1120 Main Street, downtown Lynchburg! Music starts around 10 pm, only a $5 cover, exact change for the doorman is helpful! 21 and above w/ I.D. for this month! Did you hear Gull is performing!?

You probably already know about this show, but just in case! A quality old school punk band with great accompanying acts! Support this show at Super Rad Arcade Bar! It could lead to other great bands coming to our humble Burg'!

DJ's galore with a special 80's Horror visual presentation by DJ Festering Phase (Hannah and Lawrence too) to set the mood just right! Dust off your dancing shoes...your attendance is darkly requested! Details: Super Rad Arcade Bar $8 cover, 18+ entry and 21+ w/valid I.D. for bar! Saturday, December 13th, music from 9:30 p.m. until 1:00 a.m.

The Lynchburg Gothic League's float was a smashing success! The local citizens of the city of Lynchburg for the most part were amused, and perhaps we mildly disturbed a few. We thought the casket and Christmas tree made a good pairing!? In all seriousness I would like to give a huge thank you to long time attendees and supporters of the Lynchburg Gothic League: Lorin Nicole Smith Paige Easter Tucker and Samantha Martineau who initiated the wonderful idea and did majority of the work! A sincere and heartfelt thank you again.

Guess what? The Lynchburg Gothic League will have a small float in the Annual Lynchburg Christmas Parade this Sunday! We might go over "like a lead balloon" but it should be interesting and fun to remind the local citizens of the constant presence of Goth! A dedicated pack of (long time attendees) ladies have spearheaded this effort! Once we have photos, I'll give credit where credit is due!
