Our first pop-up bar taught us so much about what we actually need from a mobile set up- - from assembly and load-in/load-out to size, height, functionality and, of course aesthetics.

So when we started designing Bar 2, we had a pretty long list of things we wanted to do differently.

Now, we’re putting all those lessons into a brand-new build!🔨

🍂We’re officially in Fall prep mode- and our first fall events are just over a month away!

Corporate events, weddings, fall markets, holiday parties…we’re getting ready for a busy season, and we can’t wait to get back out there!🥂

Three summers ago we built this pop-up bar with the help of friends and family!✨ Today, it’s been a part of corporate activations, holiday parties, private celebrations, and so many unforgettable moments!

One of the things we learned from this time period is to listen to what the people are asking for! At the time, we only had the trailer bar, but were receiving requests for indoor pop-up events. We built it, and the events kept coming!❤️🎉

Everybody loves a spritz!🍾 It’s a simple 3-2-1 cocktail:

- 3 parts prosecco
- 2 parts St. Germain (Elderflower Liquor)
- 1 part club soda

🍋‍🟩Garnish with mint and a lime (or lemon, that’s what we had on hand!)

🍒Quite possibly the simplest but MOST tasty dirty soda out there- the OG!🧋Dirty Cherry Vanilla Coke (Coke Zero).

Vanilla Cold Foam Recipe (single serving):

- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup

This is such a stellar staple recipe to add to your menu as a mobile beverage bar/cart!

If you’re already using cold foam for coffees it’s an easy
addition!✨

🍋🍓Strawberry Lemonade w/ Lemon Curd Cold Foam:

Based on a 20 oz. Serving-

- 12 oz. lemonade (we are using store bought)
- 3/4 oz. or of Strawberry Puree l (using Reàl brand)
- 1/2 tablespoon of Lemon Curd (Bonne Maman)
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla cream cold foam
- Ice
- Optional: Dehydrated Strawberries (crushed)

Start with 12 oz. of lemonade, add Strawberry Puree and stir or blend, add ice. In another container add cold foam and a 1/2 tablespoon of Lemond Curd and froth. Pour over lemonade, add crushed dehydrated strawberries as a garnish and enjoy!
