We are extremely pleased to report all charges against our owner have been dismissed. The Grand Jury reviewed the case and did not believe Mr. Mattingly should be indicted.

This last year has been very difficult on Nowhere Bar, our staff, and our patrons. We never lost faith that the charges would be dismissed, and we greatly appreciate those individuals who stuck by us through this incredibly challenging time. We truly appreciate your support!

We plan to move forward and make Nowhere Bar the best establishment possible. We hope you will stop by and see us soon.
