We aim to be the place where our customers and our neighbors are the show, not the foams or flames, staffed by professional bartenders that will make you delicious drinks without the fussiness, without a lecture. We have a brief but tightly curated list of wines and whiskies including rarities from Japan, Scotland, and California; and a pretty cool drinks menu too. While we do have great booze, we

try not to be precious about it. MiniBar Boss Jeremy Allen has done time under James Beard Award-nominated chefs and is a CMS Certified Somm with a Wine Spectator Award, but you wouldn’t guess it by his sailor speak. We have no "tinctures" or "cordials,” no suspenders, and you can count our bitters on one hand. MiniBar is the youngest in the same family as sister restaurants Dominick’s, Little Dom’s, and The 101 Coffee Shop. We have been eager to join the neighborhood for a long time now, so we are extremely excited and humbled to offer another option in the hood. MiniBar is a loose, comfortable hangout, dressed up like a classy joint. Though most of our staff walks to work, we do offer FREE VALET up to 2 hours.
