The Eclectic The Eclectic The Eclectic Café opened in April of 1992.

Being the only fine dining establishment, at the time in the North Hollywood area, Brian Sheehan, owner, combined a diversified menu, inviting atmosphere, and excellent service to become one of the best-loved restaurants in the San Fernando Valley. en came up with the “NoHo Arts District” idea and its Annual Arts Festival to help create a cultural destination.
