From Member Jason Merrick!
When I began collecting, in 1982 at a then local garage sale (a Range Rider comic book, an Anacin tin and a local 1958 newspaper), I never would have dreamed of the scope of items which I would one day acquire. From trinkets to posters, records to films and many stops in-between, I have been honored to be the temporary custodian of many unique souvenirs of yesterday.
Today, I received an item directly related to the nightclub which was the center of the 1966 demonstrations on the Sunset Strip.
This original menu from the legendary Panora's Box, believe me, gives me pause. It's an historical document, and I'm certain, one of the few remaining items from that turbulent time. Did anyone withing eyeshot actually frequent the Box or take part in the demonstrations? If so, what are your memories?
