Was a monthly blues dance, now the FIRST SATURDAY NIGHT of seach month, NOW on the westside of LA, featuring a mix of music: mainly Blues plus some Fusion, now closed. Blues Liberation Front is a monthly (every second Saturday's of the month) blues dance in LA dedicate to Blues and Turquoise – Lots of blues and lots of untraditional blues dancing music!

THANK YOU FROM THE FRONT:

Last Saturday night was the best send off we could have imagined for Blues Liberation Front. The Unintentional Blues Event was pretty amazing.

Andy Lee and I (Jamie Leake) have been at this for the past eight years, and as we move on to bright new things in our lives we want to say thank you so much for all those who attended our dance over the past eight years.

Thank you to the huge list of every DJ, instructor and volunteer we’ve ever had. Special thanks to Taylor for working with our facebook posts and Kevin for helping to coordinate our volunteers.

Thank you to all the dances in the LA scene -- Do Something Blue, Lindygroove, Angel City Fusion, Tiny Dancers and more -- we'll see you out on the floor.

Thank you to Whitton Frank and Tim O'Neill for encouraging and training the LA Blues Dance scene back in the day. Thank you to Shawn Coyle for passing the location for his dance, The Juke, on to us eight years ago.

Thank you to all the incredible musicians who have made the music we love so much. You've made our lives better. We are grateful.
