SHE'S BACK!
For the month of April, we've asked our good friend Linda Douglas of to make us a cocktail with the wonderful Transcendente Mezcal: a mezcal from Oaxaca's Tlacolula Valley who's focus on sustainability not only goes in the practice of mezcal but also to the preservation of habitat for hummingbirds! Linda has made a beautiful, mezcal white negroni that's sure to be a new favorite!

Always up for a challenge, our bar lead Abigail took what could have been a no-brainer cocktail (see candy based cocktail aka sour/sweet) and assembled a beguiling cocktail centered around the botanical cousins of some of the Candyland characters/spaces. The end result: an ode to the game that many of us started out playing, but make it an adult bevvy:
