Although our Co old Fashioned listed on our signature cocktail menu is made using delicious Locke & Co Aspen Aged Rye, we’ll gladly substitute with your personal preference!

For example, one such alternative worthy of a try is LAWS Whiskey Bonded rye. It is a 100% full-bodied and well-crafted whiskey, made by LAWS Whiskey House in Denver, Colorado. If you enjoy a quality rye old fashioned, we can’t imagine a better rye to use, especially if you enjoy spices as the backbone of your old fashioned.
