West Side Tavern Patrons and friends,
We are asking permission to enclose the existing patio with a glass atrium.

The first of three public meetings will be held on AUGUST 14th at 6:00 PM via livestream at https://www.youtube.com/

The city will announce a phone number that you can use to call in and show your support. PLEASE TUNE IN AND CALL IN TO SHOW YOUR SUPPORT!

The structure will enhance our customers' experience and help us navigate the winter months. The design will have panels that open in the summer and close in the winter. We envision vines growing over the front and year-round foliage inside. Passive cooling in summer and advanced coatings on the glass to keep the energy footprint extremely low.

There will be a presentation by the Longmont planning department, our architecture firm, F9 Studios, and then a public call-in. The city will announce the phone number to which you can call in.

Particular neighbors on South Grant and South Sherman do not believe the Tavern should exist at all and have been actively harassing us for years. They are trying to gather support to have us closed and our Patio enhancement denied.
