First of all you made the entire process so easy. We really just had to show up.
Everyone that works at Melrose Ballroom was outstanding! The service was impeccable. Mikaela was an added bonus we didn’t expect. She really made sure we had what we needed at all times and was so sweet. Alex did a phenomenal job with everything technical. The screens helped make the night. Dimitri was also so helpful with whatever we needed. I don’t know everyone’s name but everyone was outstanding!
My friends and family all had an exceptional time! It was a new venue for everyone and they were all talking about how cool It was. I was worried the bartenders wouldn’t be able to keep up with my big drinking crowd but no one ever waited for a drink.
Now for the most important part...my son, Jake, had the BEST night!!! The venue and your staff helped give him a night he will never forget!
I will recommend Melrose Ballroom to anyone who is looking for a venue! I would be happy to tell of my wonderful experience to anyone thinking of throwing a party there! Matt and I certainly hope to be invited to parties there! :)
