Let’s just take a moment and give some love to our beautiful downtown! We are a small city and we have so much community! Let’s embrace it Little Rock! And build it and grow it.

This particular building was abandoned when I moved back in 2013. I actually had storage space in the abandoned building. But thats a story for another day. 😂😂

Also, Why did I have a key to this building?! 😹🤔

Today I want to celebrate the fact that I am now able to go on to the newly renovated rooftop Nextdoor at and see the progress from the past few years at a new angle.

We have an event planned there for Thursday that I hope is the first of many to come. Also, if you have a ticket, we’re keeping an eye on the weather so watch your email/social.

Yesterday we had the chance talk about the 2025 Capital City Classic and introduce a few our elite athletes that will be flying through the streets of downtown Little Rock on Saturday, March 29th!

Thank you to the defending women’s champion, Erin Woodward; 2025 Little Rock Marathon Champion, Aaron Soltmann; and Little Rock Trojan 3:58 miler, Andrew Peyton, for attending and talking about the race!
