Angel's Envy 15th Edition Cask Strength Bourbon is our featured Wh***ey Wednesday bottle.

Master Distiller Owen Martin designed this 15th-anniversary release by continuously holding back and re-barreling reserve stock from prior annual batches, blending them seamlessly into new, deeply matured stock. After blending the bourbon is double matured for up to 3.5 years in hand-selected port w**e barrels.

The result is delicious, with notes of cherry cordial and salted caramel, followed by red w**e and dark chocolate. The finish features tannic oak and berry jam.

Penelope Bourbon opened their doors in 2018 with Mike Paladini and Danny Polise at the helm.

They have been putting out award winning ever since. We searched the way back stock and found a bottle of Penelope Barrel Strength Four Grain Bourbon Batch 6!

Originally released back in 2021, it featured a 74% corn, 16% wheat, 7% rye, 3% malted barley mash bill and was bottled at 115.8 proof.
