Today is Ross's last day at Hand in Glove.
Over the past five plus years, we've heard about his aviary sports ambitions every single day.
He has decided to follow his lifelong dream of becoming a professional Falconer.
He hasn't obtained a bird yet but..... there's only one way to eat an elephant. One bite at a time.
