Speakeasy Kava opened in December of 2017 - even though we’re still kind of new, our family ties are already strong within the kava community and with our customers. At Speakeasy Kava you’ll always find a quality variety of delicious tasting drinks -- accompanied by great service from our amazing bar staff.
True to it’s name, one of the most popular drinks served daily at Speakeasy Kava is exactly that -- KAVA. If you’re new to kava; it’s an earthy tasting drink made from the root of a pepper plant. Kava is said to help ease anxiety and to put you in a more relaxed state both physically and mentally. In addition to its relaxation benefits, many people drink it in place of alcohol, because of the similar effects minus the hangover. If you’re often stressed and you find yourself looking for some relief, but you don’t want to feel awful the next day - give kava a try.
The vibe at Speakeasy Kava is similar to that of an alcohol serving bar, but without all the annoying drunk people. We have a full size bar, comfortable sofa seating, tables and chairs and an extensive drink menu! We serve local organic Lazy Goat coffee, looseleaf tea, kratom tea, kava, soda, and more.
