All week long, $1 from every Elijah Craig Old Fashioned sold, classic or signature, will be donated to the Southern Smoke Foundation. Our signature Slow Smoke Old Fashioned is crafted with Elijah Craig Bourbon, Smoked Maple Syrup, and Angostura Bitters, served in a smoked glass and finished with an orange twist and Luxardo cherry.

Old Fashioned Week is here! Join us now through Saturday, October 17 to celebrate a classic cocktail while supporting the Southern Smoke Foundation.

All week long, $1 from every Elijah Craig Old Fashioned sold, classic or signature, will be donated to the Southern Smoke Foundation. About the Southern Smoke Foundation: From farmers and fry cooks to servers and sommeliers, Southern Smoke provides financial assistance to food and beverage workers when it’s needed most.

On Wednesday, October 21, join us for four distinct selections of Scotch accompanied by bar snacks and an exploration of the history, traditions, techniques, and stories behind each pour, with our team guiding the conversation along the way.

Libations Lounge is a new monthly series at Proof, with a different libation taking the spotlight each month.
