if you’ve never had kava from quint or ever before, you can come in any time to try a shell for free! even if you’re just curious what a shell is, we’re always here to guide you through your first experience at quint 💚

here are some things to know before you dive in:

✨ kava is a natural muscle relaxer made from the root of the Piper methysticum plant.

🌴 it originates from pacific island nations such as vanuatu, fiji, tonga, and the solomon islands, where it’s been shared in community settings for centuries.

🍃 its a popular alcohol alternative, but please avoid mixing kava and alcohol!! don’t drink alcohol within ~12 hours before or after consuming kava. its either one or the other and we’d rather you be on kava!

👅 you’ll feel the classic lip/tongue tingle or numbness right away! that’s how you know it’s hitting!

🤝 kava is communal and we love drinking shells together, answering questions, and helping you find what works best for you. just ask!! we’re happy to just be your guide. come in today and let us serve you a shell!
