One of the things we’ve loved most since opening is how engaged and supportive this community has been. Your feedback has helped shape ideas like our potential Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar, and we’d love your thoughts on a few more.
As we’re putting together our July events calendar, we’re considering adding:

🎲 Board Game Night�Picture a relaxed evening with cocktails, card games, classic board games, and friendly competition. Bring friends, meet new people, and enjoy a different kind of night out at The Velvet Swan.

📚🥃 Books & Bourbon Night�A cozy evening for book lovers and bourbon enthusiasts. Bring your current read, share recommendations, meet fellow readers, and enjoy a relaxed night of conversation. We’ll feature a selection of bourbons and bourbon-based cocktails, but don’t worry if bourbon isn’t your thing! Our full cocktail, wine, beer, mocktail, and spirits menu will be available so everyone can find something they love.

As we continue to grow, we’re making a few adjustments to our hours of operation.

We’re carefully monitoring guest traffic and staffing needs to ensure we’re providing the best possible experience every time you visit. As the seasons change and Downtown Lakeland continues to get busier, we’ll continue evaluating our hours and make adjustments as needed.

Our updated hours are:

🦢 Sunday–Wednesday: 1 PM – 12 AM
🦢 Thursday–Saturday: 12 PM – 2 AM

Thank you for your continued support, patience, and feedback. Every decision we make is with our guests in mind, and we’re so grateful to be part of this amazing community.
