A mezcal made for this time of year.

Crafted with 100% Espadín agave and distilled with Cempasúchil (marigold) flowers and mandarin peel, Cempasúchil brings bright citrus, delicate floral aromas, warm baking spice, and a beautifully smoky finish. 💀🕯️

And there’s a reason it feels especially at home in October: Cempasúchil is the iconic flower of Día de los Mu***os, traditionally associated with guiding loved ones back home.

A little Mexico made its way to the competition floor. 🇲🇽🍹

Proud of our bartender Juan Chavez for representing La Cava del Tequila at the charity event: 2026 Bartenders Bash at The Edison, Disney Springs!

His Taco al Pastor Margarita brought together tequila blanco, roasted pineapple, corn silk, cilantro-lime, guajillo & achiote, finished with tortilla ash salt.
