Originally built as a Fruit Warehouse in 1898, Grant Street was used for nothing more than fruit or grain storage for many years. Built 3 feet off of the ground; the building was designed to allow easy loading and unloading of trucks and train cars in the rear. The beautiful brick walls and wooden floors still remain in a very much original fashion. Converted to dancehall Circa 1980, Grant Street

has had many national performing artists through its doors. Gregg Allman, BB King, Muddy Waters and 311 just to name a few. A Major Air Conditioning install was done in 2007, along with converting a 2000 sqft storage room into what now is referred to as "The Saloon". Whether it be bands, Djs, Parties or weddings we want to hear from you!
