Teen Night OBX CLOSED in 2016 after 20 years…

Teen Night OBX was a summertime dance DJ event series for teens, offering a safe scene that's fun, starting in 1997. Sound good?

What exactly is this "Teen Night" thing? Good question! The short answer is - TeenNightOBX is a series of deejayed dance events, just for teens, held three nights a week all summer. (Monday, Wednesday, & Friday - 9:30pm to 1am)

Teenagers want to know, "Is it fun?" Well, how does this sound? ... Hip hop, trap, danceable pop, and edm dance tracks flow seamlessly and bring the crowd together, mov

ing to the beat - mixed by our incredible resident DJ - DJ Styles - and guest DJs all night. The dance floor is packed, and the club lighting & booming sound system are flooding your senses! With three levels to explore, there's room for all your friends, and for plenty of the new people you'll meet! It is so fun, Teen Night has been a regular event at The Pit since before most teens were born! Looking for a break from dancing? There is plenty to do off the dance floor as well. Challenge your buds to a game of foosball or an old-school 80's video game, relax on the couches up on the third floor, or get some air out on the spacious deck and porch area out front! If you really wanna chill, score some frozen deliciousness from Booty Treats Ice Cream & Shave Ice on the second floor. They also sell sodas, milkshakes, Red Bull, and bottled water all night. Parents want to know, "Is it safe?" Absolutely. With decades of experience, TeenNightOBX keeps a close eye on every aspect of the events. Our security team is friendly, but firm. The entire property is a completely alcohol-free and tobacco-free environment. And once a guest leaves, reentry is not allowed. That way, if you see your son or daughter exit the building at pickup time, you'll be confident they have been well supervised the entire time. This long-running event has been providing safe, fun experiences for teens since 1997.
