Rules and Regulations are as follows:

2. Watch for thieves.
3. Always be on alert for Flash Floods from above, Power outages, and Indoor Forest Fires.
4. You can take the man out of the nest but you cant take the nest out of the man.
5. Dont motherf**k the Bret the landlord.
6. You're refrigerator has 3 to 1 odds of taking a s**t and needing replaced. Be prepared.
7. Must be able to back down the driveway.
8. Your vehicle has a 100% chance of being backed into at some point.
9. 97% of the mail you get will not be yours. Check for cigarette coupons and dispose of.
10. Seek medical attention if nesting conditions worsen.
