Tonight is a bittersweet night here at the The Diplomat Cigar Lounge as we say goodbye to Molly—better known to many as “Big Moll”—on her last night behind the bar.

From the very first day you walked through our doors to your final shift tonight, it has truly been an honor to have you as part of our team. Your hard work, dedication, and personality have left a lasting impact not only on us, but on every patron who has had the pleasure of being served by you. So many of our regulars made it a point to stop in during your shifts because of the warmth, laughter, and energy you brought to this place.

While we are incredibly sad to see you go, we are equally proud and excited to watch you step into this next chapter of life. Seeing you grow into the amazing young adult you’ve become has been a privilege, and we know without a doubt that you are going to accomplish great things.

Thank you for all the memories, the laughs, and the countless nights you made better just by being here. You will always have a place here at the Diplomat, and you will be deeply missed by both the staff and our patrons.
